I’ve had the privilege of opening numerous cafes over the years. The function of a space stems directly from design and in order for there to be flow, one needs to consider every element, from the drawings to the finished brick. Whether it be bar design and operations, building materials, equipment and service ware, or the hands-on plumbing and wiring – I’ve been there to get it done.
